Test equipment

The company is fully equipped with advanced test equipment capable of fast testing to international standards. Our imported Baird computer spectrometer enables us to analyse the ingredients of most alloys in accordance with GB/T3190-1996. We can also analyse alloy ingredients using conventional methods. Our electronic universal test machine is capable of making several mechanical performance tests such as pulling, compressing and bending. The vertical metalloscope is capable of testing the nitriding layer of casting metallogenetic tissue and mould. Other test equipment also include:  Micro-control spectrophotometers, a portable sclerometer, a vertical HRBV Accelerometer and wall thickness micrometer, internal diameter micrometers, digital display callipers etc.
