What are the rates for your Sydney personal trainers?
On average
$80 per hour for one on one training. Group rates on application.

What do your Sydney trainers do?
We tailor an individual program to help you attain your desired weight, become fitter and better toned.

What are your trainers' qualifications and experience?
Our personal trainers are accredited and registered with Fitness NSW and have comprehensive Personal Trainers' insurance.

I have tried all the diets but none of them work. How can your Sydney personal trainers help me?
We have clients who have lost up to 34kg in 12 months using a combination of our nutrition and exercise programs.

What can I expect from my Personal trainer (Sydney) in the first session?
During our initial consultation, we give a medical screening, assess your fitness levels and then discuss your fitness goals. From there, we work out an individual fitness program. Your weight and measurements will be taken regularly as
a way of monitoring your progress and adjusting your program as required.

I have a child who won’t eat properly and lacks energy. He is a good athlete and
competes in a lot of events. I want him to improve his performance. What can you do?
Having had extensive experience with children and young adults, we can help
your son reach his potential in sport through correct diet, nutrition and
training and motivation.

Do I need to see a doctor before I start personal training?
If you are over 40 and have a health problem, it's best to consult your Doctor before commencing any training program.

I have diabetes. Can you help me control my weight?
Yes, we have had extensive experience with diabetic clients and can recommend
a very good low GI diet and exercise program.

How many training sessions per week do you recommend?
You will get away with one session per week. Two are ideal. Your trainer will give you effective exercises
which you can do at home between your sessions.

I was thinking of taking a few sessions with a personal trainer (Sydney) then doing the
exercise by myself. Will this work?
Yes. Our aim is to educate you as to how you can help yourself. We are there to
motivate you to exercise regularly and follow a sensible diet. Once
you feel that you are self motivated, you will have the skills and knowledge
to continue by yourself.

Shannon offers personal training and strength coaching services out of his studio at Sutherland. There are no gym fees. He structures sessions to suit each individual goals.
